Right out of high school in 2004, Eric formally stepped into the family business, accumulating over 22 years of deep, hands-on field experience. Having mastered everything from high-density commercial spaces to complex industrial facilities, Eric saw a distinct gap in the local market: the region needed an agile contractor that could balance heavy industrial engineering with genuine, transparent customer care.
In 2020, Eric established Innovative Electric on a simple, powerful guiding principle: Treat every physical plant, retail development, and family home with the exact same care and reverence we would apply to our own property.
